Valor Hospitality Partners has appointed Natasha Nagra to a brand new role of Director of Resources and Talent, based at Valor’s UK headquarters.

With nine years in the recruiting industry, Natasha brings a wealth of experience in resources and talent to this role. With her former role as Head of Employer Branding and Talent at Kew Green Hotels, Natasha recognizes the flair and ability required to excel in the hospitality industry.

Leading the hotel management company’s recruitment strategy, Natasha will be positioned within the core Valor team that will support Global HR Director Moira Laird, develop the company’s employee value proposition and communicate the culture. of Valor to potential employees.
