The NEW hotel puts weekend brunch back on the menu



The NEW hotel in Athens announced that its popular weekend brunch menu will be available to its hosts and visitors to the city with new flavors and tasty selections.

A member of Yes! Hotels Group, NEW is one of the first hotels in town to successfully introduce brunch, the mid-meal experience that combines breakfast and lunch.

“Brunch has become a new trend in the gastronomic habits of Athenians and visitors,” said the hotel management.

The hotel will again serve weekend brunch at its NEW Taste and Arts Fair restaurants, from October 16.

Organized by YES! Executive Chef Hotel Babis Kountouris, the menu retains the all-time classic Eggs Benedict, the mellow Crepes, the delicious NEW Taste the burger, the donuts with hot chocolate sauce and the Bloody Mary Selection, as well as a variety of homemade pastries and pastries.

The brunch menu also features new additions that will wow any palate.

The NEW Hotel serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. by reservation only.

Guests aged 12 and over are required to present a Covid-19 vaccination or recovery certificate upon entry.

Minors aged 4 to 11 may also submit a negative self-test result carried out within the last 24 hours. Minors up to the age of 17 can submit a rapid test result within 48 hours.

The 79-room NEW Hotel is located in Athens, between the traditional district of Plaka and the more contemporary district of Kolonaki.

The hotel features a distinctive interior design curated by award-winning Brazilian designers Fernando και Humberto Campana in collaboration with architecture students from the University of Thessaly.
