Aileron Management, a leading hotel management and investment company, will begin work next year on its first two stayAPT Suites locations in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Savannah, Georgia. Followed shortly thereafter by additional locations in Florida, Alabama, and the Carolinas, these new locations immediately extend stayAPT Suites’ growing pipeline to eleven U.S. states – a geographic footprint now extending from Arizona To Florida and up to Indiana.

Guiding the guest experience stayAPT Suites is a design philosophy that moves away from the traditional ‘one bedroom’ hotel layout in favor of an apartment-style suite with intentional spaces. The Aileron development pipeline will allow more American travelers to experience stayAPT’s first guest suite, featuring a dedicated living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom.

Each stayAPT suite includes an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, lounge chair and a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen has a full-size stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator; and between the kitchen and living room, guests can use the center island as a place to eat, finish work, FaceTime with the family or read the morning news. The separate private bedroom, located down the hall from the living room, offers one king or two queen beds, a walk-in closet, a spacious desk and a second large in-wall smart TV.

The hotel also offers amenities that bring peace of mind to travelers navigating the post-COVID travel landscape. Each room has its own air conditioning system, providing a calm ambience, while minimizing the air shared with other hotel guests. Windows in the living room and bedroom provide an opportunity for cool circulation as well as plenty of natural light. And the hotel’s optional mobile app lets guests bypass front desk interaction with contactless check-in and room access with a digital key.
