The description

The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management aims to provide professional training and improve the professional quality, service standards and competitiveness of the tourism and hospitality industry in Macau. The faculty now has nearly 3000 full-time students studying for undergraduate and graduate degrees.

To cope with our development plan, applications are invited from those with excellent academic records in the following areas:

Professional fields

Hotel Management (General), Hotel Management (Front Desk Management, Housekeeping Operation and Management), Food and Beverage Management (Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management), Tourism Management, Gaming Business Management, MICE management, cultural tourism management, e-tourism, service quality and retail management and other relevant fields.

Qualifications

  • A doctorate obtained in a related discipline;
  • Bilingual teaching ability preferred;
  • Proven experience in university teaching in related disciplines and strong experience in research files (experiences abroad would be an advantage).

Remuneration

The remuneration and appointment rank offered will be commensurate with the academic qualification, professional experience and current position of the successful candidates. Medical benefits, annual leave, provident fund, allowances and bonuses, professional training program or study abroad opportunities will be provided by the University.
