Approve the renewal of the mandate of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as independent auditor of the Company [1] for the year ended December 31, 2021.

Registered holders of common shares of the Company as of the close of business on November 15, 2021 have the right to be called and to vote at the Annual General Meeting or at any adjournment or postponement thereof.
