As CEO of GenevaBased at Firmenich, the world’s largest privately owned fragrance and flavor company, since 2014, Mr. Ghostine has implemented innovative, goal-driven strategies with measurable results. In particular, Firmenich was the first in its industry to use AI-powered creative solutions and e-commerce platforms. Named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2022 by Ethisphere, Firmenich has also become a recognized global leader in environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance under his leadership.
