Following an agreement between Accor and Estmark Capital, the first Novotel Living brand hotel in the Baltic region will be developed at a central site in the Estonian capital.
This exciting new hotel will begin welcoming guests to downtown Tallinn from the end of 2022.
A new way to discover Tallinn
In February 2021, Accor announced the signing of a management agreement with Estmak Capital to open the Novotel Living Tallinn, thus strengthening the European portfolio of the French hotel giant.
Bringing the Novotel Living concept to Estonia, this 124-key hotel will welcome travelers in a central location between Tallinn’s Old Town and Port, and include a shared workspace, gym and restaurant.
The extended stay brand promises to offer guests a co-living experience that stands out for its warm and friendly environment. The accommodation offering ranges from studios to two-bedroom apartments, alongside social centers that allow guests to mingle with locals.
A prime location for business and leisure
The first apartment project of its kind in the Baltic region, this Novotel Living will meet the needs of travelers, whether they are staying in Tallinn for business reasons or as a tourist for extended periods.
The Novotel Living concept was first launched in Asia in 2019 and has since gained momentum, with projects already underway in Belgium and Romania. Its latest site, scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2022, is being designed by the architectural firm. Arhitekt 11.
