Kristie Dickinson (ISHC), Managing Director / VP

A 29-year hospitality industry veteran, Dickinson is a founding member of the CHMWarnick team. She has advised clients on over 200 hotels across all product levels. She specializes in developing asset repositioning plans, identifying value improvement strategies, underwriting acquisitions and optimizing value through asset management. Her creativity, business acumen and vision have been integral to CHMWarnick’s growth over the past two decades, and her success is in large part the result of the corporate culture she has helped shape and shape. to maintain. Derek Olsen, Managing Director / VP

Olsen brings 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry in the areas of hotel investment, brokerage, advisory and asset management. As Managing Director / EVP, Olsen will continue his efforts to advise owners, developers, investors and lenders to acquire, reposition and improve the value of hotel real estate. He is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of hotel clients valued at approximately $ 500 million, including a wide range of operations ranging from newly built luxury / lifestyle assets to selected service portfolios located in the primary and secondary markets of the United States. Olsen brings his expertise in development planning. and the operational ramp-up of new hotels, having opened two properties in the past 24 months alone. He is also responsible for leading a team focused on equity and debt acquisition services and oversees the implementation of special projects related to CHMWarnick’s technology platform, Proph + IT ™. Olsen’s experience spans a wide range of land uses, including hotels and resorts, luxury condominiums, condo-hotels, fractional, timeshare, full-owned and land of golf. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he obtained his Master of Science in Real Estate. He is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) and has written several articles on the industry for accommodation operations and financial publications.

Larry Trabulsi (CHAM), Managing Director / EVP

Trabulsi has 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry in operations, consulting and more than half of his career dedicated to creating value for hotel owners through asset management. Trabulsi has been an active member of HAMA for over a decade, holding numerous positions on boards and committees, including that of International President, and is currently President of the organization. He has extensive experience in capital planning and renovation oversight and has been involved in one-time renovation projects over $ 30 million. Trabulsi also has experience in a wide range of land uses including hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, marinas, and other recreational assets. Its clients range from developers and private equity firms to lenders and public entities, including convention center authorities, the National Park Service, the United States Forest Service, and the United States Department of Defense. As Managing Director / EVP, Trabulsi is responsible for overseeing a team and asset managing a portfolio of clients valued at $ 1 billion in hotel real estate. Trabulsi has extensive experience in the development, capital planning and supervision of large capital projects. He is also actively engaged in advising the lending community on distressed assets and hotel receivership mandates. Trabulsi is a Certified Hotel Asset Manager (CHAM), an advanced certification held by a privileged few within the discipline. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of Greater Boston and is considered an industry thought leader, regularly speaking at hotel investment conferences and writing articles on property issues.
