Amie Thomas has been promoted to CFO of NAI Charter Real Estate.

She began her career at NAI Charter in 2003 as a corporate accountant after earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

In his new role, Thomas manages all financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the company accounts, as well as property management accounts.

Rhea most recently served as Director of Food & Beverage at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston, Autograph Collection. While at the Grand Bohemian, Rhea oversaw all aspects of the Marriott boutique dining program, including the creation of the venue’s highly successful weekly brunch event, “The Mad Hatter Brunch and Day Party.”

Prior to her tenure in Charleston, Rhea worked at the Madeline Hotel and Residences in Telluride, Colorado; Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas in Page, Arizona, Hilton Cabana in Miami Beach; Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri and Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Florida.
